Dr. Robert Lieberson on Behance
It was at Stanford that Dr. Lieberson learned how to do neurosurgery. He has been working in the field for 30 years. During his time at the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Robert Lieberson learned how to be a computer scientist. When he went to the University of Pennsylvania to study medicine, he worked as a computer scientist to pay for it. Doctor Robert Lieberson went to medical school and then did seven years of neurosurgical training at Stanford. He also spent a year as a spinal cord injury and research fellow at the same school. It took him years to build the largest neurosurgery, spine, and pain practice in Northern California. It was Dr. Robert Lieberson who did the first outpatient cervical disc surgery in Northern California and the first outpatient pedicle screw fusion surgery in the Western part of the country. As a Professor at Stanford in 2008, Dr. Lieberson taught and mentored young neurosurgeons about trauma, spine, and CyberKnife. He also helped them learn how to use these tools.
